Meta advertising measurement and local storage
RawCloser does not use Meta Pixel, Meta scripts, Meta SDKs, or Meta advertising cookies. If you give optional consent to Meta advertising measurement, RawCloser may use first-party browser storage on the resources pages to record your privacy choice, maintain a consent token, and temporarily store the Meta click identifier associated with your visit.
The Meta click identifier is kept for up to 7 days, the consent token for up to 60 days, and a rejection marker for up to 90 days. These periods may be shortened if you withdraw consent or the relevant purpose ends. You can change or withdraw your choice through the Privacy choices link.
RawCloser may also use limited server-side event data for Meta advertising measurement. This is not general website analytics. See the Privacy Policy for information about the data sent to Meta, retention, transfers, and your rights.
RawCloser may receive advertising or campaign labels in a page URL. These URL values are not stored in the browser and are used only for the aggregate measurement described in the Privacy Policy. They are not cookies or similar browser storage.
RawCloser does not use third-party analytics cookies or similar browser identifiers for this aggregate advertising measurement. A validated advertising label may be received in the page URL at form submission and used only to maintain a daily aggregate count. The label is not stored in the browser and is not linked to a person or lead.
The thank-you page may use the browser's sessionStorage to keep the requested guide's download link available during the current browser-tab session. The stored value is a unique download link for the guide and contains a random token that RawCloser's server associates with your sign-up record. It contains no email address or name. The token does not expire automatically and remains valid until the associated token or record is deleted or invalidated. The value is deleted from your browser when the tab is closed. It is used to retrieve the requested guide, but not for advertising, analytics, or tracking you across pages, and it is not shared with third parties. It is not a cookie.
The sections below are reproduced from the Privacy Policy, which is the controlling document.
5. What we do not collect, and advertising identifiers
We do not collect call audio, transcripts, notes, or call content on our servers.
We do not sell personal data.
RawCloser does not use third-party advertising cookies or similar browser identifiers for this aggregate measurement. RawCloser may receive a validated advertising or campaign label in a page URL and use it only to maintain a daily aggregate count of form submissions attributed to that label. The label is not linked to a lead, email address, Meta click identifier, consent token, IP address, or other personal identifier. If you give consent to Meta advertising measurement, RawCloser may read and use the Meta click identifier associated with your visit and may send limited server-side event data to Meta through the Conversions API.
RawCloser does not use Meta Pixel, Meta scripts, Meta SDKs, Meta advertising cookies, or similar browser-based advertising trackers. The optional Meta measurement feature uses limited first-party browser storage and server-side event transmission as described in this Privacy Policy.
RawCloser does not use the feature as general website analytics. It uses the limited events only to measure and optimize RawCloser advertising on Meta.
14. Hosting logs
Our website and license server are hosted on shared infrastructure and the hosting provider's web server logs may record the items listed above, including raw IP addresses.
These logs are on the hosting provider's systems, not ours. Our own application writes no access log and stores no raw IP address on the server.
Log retention is 180 days.
To limit abusive requests to the license server, RawCloser maintains a short-lived request counter keyed by a keyed hash of the account email address. The counter is used only for the applicable one-hour rate-limit window and is deleted by a periodic cleanup shortly after that window ends. RawCloser does not store the raw email address in this counter and does not use the counter for advertising or profiling.
The RawCloser license-server records described in section 6 do not contain an IP address or IP hash. This statement does not describe logs maintained by third-party providers that serve the model files, such as Hugging Face, or the hosting provider's logs described above.
Our application's own server log records errors and refused requests. A line may contain a keyed hash of an email address or a salted hash of an IP address, never the address itself, and is kept for 90 days. For example, a refused request for an authorization key is logged with a keyed hash of the email address.
